Returns are only accepted if items arrive in a poorer condition than advertised and detailed in the condition report. For a return to be possible the customer must check the parcel when it arrives, photograph any damage to the parcel before unpacking and inform the courier of the damage to the packaging before they leave. The customer must also provide detailed photos of the condition within 1 day of receiving the goods. Failure on the customer's part to do so will result in the loss of their right to return the item

Any related, return postage costs are to be paid for by the buyer.
