Leather Swivel Desk Chair, Italy, c.1980

Late 20th Century leather desk chair manufactured by Marcatré.

Founded in 1975 Marcatré is synonymous with high end office furniture, working with prolific Italian architects and designers such as Mario Bellini, Achille Castiglioni, and Paolo Deganello. The designer of these chairs is unknown.

The standout feature of these chairs is the oversized rubber coated legs. They are upholstered in high quality black Italian leather and extremely comfortable.
