The items sold by Tom Bogle are vintage pieces and as such were made prior to current health and safety standards. All sales of such products are ‘sold as seen’ and for the purpose of collection only. We do not guarantee that said items comply to health and safety standards or fitness for any purpose. Any electrical items may be perfectly safe for use but may not meet current safety standards and so we highly recommend that they are inspected, tested and certified by a qualified electrician after purchase. We will not be liable for any loss, injury or death caused by electrical goods that have not been inspected, tested and certified by a qualified electrician.

As vintage items the pieces sold by Tom Bogle will vary in their condition. Every effort is made by Tom Bogle to accurately reflect the condition of the items sold within the description and photos of the products. Please read the description in full and inspect all photos of the products to make sure you are happy with their condition, prior to purchase. Tom Bogle cannot guarantee the life span of any vintage goods sold.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) if returned in the same condition as sold. The buyer must pay for all return shipping/postage costs. If items arrive with damaged packaging please take photos of the damage prior to opening it so as to validate any insurance claim should the item itself have been damaged in transit. Refunds cannot be issued for items damaged in transit unless this is done.
